ESAB Welding Electrode OK 63.2 E316L-16 3.2x350mm 1/2 VP 5.1Kg Box,1.7kg Pkt Made In Sweden

The ESAB OK 63.2 Welding Electrode (Part No. 63203230T0) is a premium AWS A5.4 E316L-16 rutile-coated stainless steel electrode designed for Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) of AISI 316, 316L, 318, and similar molybdenum-alloyed austenitic stainless steels. Manufactured in Sweden, this electrode provides excellent corrosion resistance, superior weld quality, and outstanding mechanical properties for demanding industrial applications.

With a 3.2 mm diameter and 350 mm length, the OK 63.2 electrode is ideal for medium to heavy-duty fabrication work. The low-carbon (L) weld deposit minimizes carbide precipitation during welding, significantly reducing the risk of intergranular corrosion while maintaining excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chemical attack.

The rutile coating ensures easy arc ignition and re-ignition, smooth arc stability, low spatter, and effortless slag removal, producing clean welds with an attractive bead appearance. Suitable for all welding positions, the electrode performs exceptionally well in fabrication shops, petrochemical plants, food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical industries, marine fabrication, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping systems, and offshore applications.

The electrodes are supplied in a 5.1 kg vacuum-packed box containing three 1.7 kg vacuum-sealed packets, ensuring excellent moisture protection, longer shelf life, and consistent welding performance.
