With a maximum drilling capacity of 200 mm or 7 7/8" and tapping and countersinking possibilities, this machine gives you the ability to make truly extreme adjustments on workpieces and locations that normally are impossible to do. The adjustable speed and RL rotation makes this machine perfect for tapping. It also offers the precision needed to match the drill to the annular cutter and the material being drilled. Harder materials such as stainless steel and alloy steels must be drilled at lower speeds whereas softer materials such as aluminum can be drilled at higher speeds. The ECO.200S/T has a brushless motor, which makes it more efficient than brushed motors. Brushless motors are more efficient than brushed motors because they eliminate the friction and energy losses associated with brushes. As a result, brushless motors typically produce more power and consume less energy, which can lead to longer battery life and reduced operating costs.
