HYUNDAI Welding Electrode SR-625 (AWS ENiCrMo-3) 3.2x350 mm (2.5KG*4) MADE IN KOREA
The HYUNDAI SR-625 Welding Electrode (Part No. K10007287) is a premium AWS A5.11 ENiCrMo-3 nickel-based shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) electrode designed for welding nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys, dissimilar metals, stainless steels, and high-strength alloy steels. Manufactured in Korea, it delivers exceptional resistance to corrosion, oxidation, thermal fatigue, and high-temperature service, making it ideal for critical industrial applications.
With a 3.2 mm diameter and 350 mm length, the SR-625 electrode produces a stable arc, smooth weld bead appearance, low spatter, and easy slag removal. The deposited weld metal offers excellent mechanical strength, superior crack resistance, and outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking.
The ENiCrMo-3 weld deposit is widely used for joining Inconel® 600/601/625, nickel-based alloys, stainless steels to carbon steels, and for overlay welding where exceptional corrosion and heat resistance are required. It is suitable for demanding applications in oil & gas, petrochemical, offshore, marine, power generation, nuclear, chemical processing, and pressure vessel fabrication.
Supplied in a 10 kg box containing four 2.5 kg moisture-resistant packets, the electrodes maintain consistent welding performance and extended shelf life, ensuring reliable results in critical welding operations.
