The HYUNDAI SW-316LT (B.A) Flux Cored Welding Wire (Part No. K10007261) is a high-quality stainless steel flux cored wire classified to AWS A5.22 / ASME SFA5.22 E316LT1-1/-4. It is designed for productive Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) of 316, 316L, and similar molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steels.

The 316L-type low-carbon weld deposit provides excellent corrosion resistance and helps minimize the risk of intergranular corrosion. The molybdenum-bearing composition provides improved resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, making this wire particularly suitable for stainless steel fabrication exposed to demanding industrial and corrosive environments.

With a 1.2 mm diameter, SW-316LT (B.A) offers excellent arc stability, smooth metal transfer, good weld pool control, low spatter, and easy slag removal. These characteristics help produce clean, uniform weld beads while reducing post-weld cleaning and improving fabrication productivity.

The E316LT1-1/-4 classification supports gas-shielded FCAW applications using the appropriate shielding gas specified by the applicable welding procedure and product documentation. This makes the wire suitable for professional stainless steel fabrication where consistent weld quality and mechanical performance are required.
