Hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, Absolute Solutions Company for Iron (ASCO) and its Management.
The following Terms & Conditions shall apply to all sales offers, quotations, and supplies made by the Company.
1. PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
Our offer is made based on the specifications, models, and technical details provided by the client.
In the event of upgradation or obsolescence of the requested item, the Company reserves the right to offer the latest or nearest equivalent specification.
Once the order is placed, it shall be deemed that the client has evaluated and confirmed the suitability of the product for the intended application.
2. PRICES
Prices and offer validity are based on prevailing costs of raw materials, production, transportation, taxes, duties, and currency exchange rates.
The Company reserves the right to revise or modify prices in the event of any change in the above cost elements after the validity period.
3. CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT OF ORDER
a. Cancellation or amendment of orders for non-standard or made-to-order items will be accepted within 3 days from the order date only. Beyond this period, the client shall be liable to compensate ASCO for all financial losses incurred.
b. Cancellation of ex-stock items will be accepted before commencement of delivery, subject to Management approval.
c. Rejection of material supplied as per the approved offer/order shall not be accepted.
4. EX-STOCK MATERIAL
Items offered Ex-Stock are subject to prior sales.
Once stock is exhausted, delivery will be made upon arrival of the next stock.
5. SUPPLY OF EQUIVALENT ITEMS
If any offered item becomes obsolete or upgraded during order processing, the Company reserves the right to supply an equivalent or upgraded model, with prior intimation to the client.
6. ACCESSORIES & PARTS
Unless otherwise specified, the offer applies to standard items only.
Accessories, consumables, and spare parts not supplied by the OEM as part of the original item shall be charged extra at actuals.
7. PRODUCT WARRANTY
Manufacturer’s Standard Warranty applies and covers manufacturing and material defects within the warranty period specified by the respective OEM.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Mishandling or improper usage
Inadequate maintenance
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Intentional or accidental damage
Warranty claims will be honored strictly in accordance with the OEM’s Warranty Policy supplied with each product.
For electrical motors and electrical items, standard industrial warranty policy applies.
8. INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING
Installation, commissioning, and training are not included in the quoted prices unless specifically mentioned.
Charges for such services shall be additional and charged at actuals.
9. PROPRIETORSHIP
All goods supplied shall remain the property of ASCO until full payment is received and realized.
